The human reptilian brain, believed
to explain our susceptibility to the
pigeon hive mind's control

Limbo is the state the human brain switches into when it is brought under control of the pigeon collective mind. Control is achieved through deployment of swarms of pigeons that follow, drive to paranoia and ultimately surround and hypnotise in a fury human targets.

In Limbo, a person appears and acts little differently, but is in truth a zombie under the control of the pigeons. Warning signs to look out for include detachment, a flatness of the eyes, support of pro-pigeon movements such as PAPA and a mild loss of appetite. Limbo can be cured through HypnoRestorationTM.

Limbo is believed to be induced by the triggering of a primitive reaction in the reptilian brain, the preverbal core of the human brain that is instinctive and ritualistic. Similar to the brain of the reptiles that preceded mammals 200 million years ago, it controls basic brain, lung and heart functions.
